Just make sure that you encourage African vocations. I am very sad that you have a poor record of keeping young men who join you. You either send them back home with flimsy reasons or keep them poorly. Remember that missionaries who don't care about the local vocations are bound to fail. Even Jesus encouraged other people to continue his mission, even the weaker ones like Peter. Continue your good work.
